Based on the information you provide, the Builder will be able to make recommendations and provide practical guidance to help you achieve the best possible result with your project.
Having this guidance in the early stages of your project will help you to be much more informed, make better decisions throughout your project and provide you with much more clarity around what needs to be done
Feasibility Assessment
(Value $199)
During the Builder Consultation, the Builder will provide you with guidance as to the feasibility of your project. You will be able to discuss building options and explore alternatives and gain valuable insights from the knowledge that only an experienced Builder can provide
After the Builder Consultation you will receive a Feasibility Assessment from the Builder based on the information that you provide during the consultation and the options you have chosen.
The Feasibility Assessment includes an accurate estimate range for your project, based on all of the information you have provided so far such as:
- Inclusions and allowances
- Costs
- Potential for variations
- Options and alternatives where appropriate
